Each session, we’ll connect over Zoom, so having a good wi-fi connection is a must.

I’ll ask you how you’re feeling, and guide you through a movement session according to your individual goals, adjusting in real time as needed. Then, we end each session with a cool down.

I don’t take weight or before & after photos.

My hope is that you’ll develop a lifelong relationship with fitness.

Working with me, you’ll learn to associate exercise with the multiple benefits of it, other than aesthetics. You will make connections to it that strengthen your ‘why’ for doing it as well as learn how to incorporate it into your day to day life.

I honor rest breaks and mental health.

I will always encourage you to take rest breaks, in fact, I’ll applaud it.

Before we begin each session, I will ask you how you are, and adjust the workout according to your feedback. Didn’t sleep well? Grieving a loved one? Bad body Image day? Each piece of information helps me mold the workout to your needs.

I’m a former physical therapist assistant.

For almost 5 years, I worked in a geriatric facility as a PTA.

In order to empower you moving forward, I will tell you the reasoning behind each exercise as well as proper form. If you are nervous, or have no idea where to start, I will break down each exercise in order to meet you where you’re at.


You will always be encouraged to listen to your body during the workouts, which may mean resting or doing whatever variation feels good for you that day.

FAQs

  • You decide on the number of sessions you’d like to purchase at a time. Your options are 1, 5, 15 or 30 sessions. Depending on the number of session you buy at a time, the price ranges from $50-$60 per session.

  • Sometimes, I see folks 3x per week, and sometimes its’ 1x per week. We discuss how many times work best for you.

  • I recommend a good wi-fi connection, and open area that you feel like you can move freely in. I also suggest that you have a light to moderate set of dumbbells (3/4/5) and a set of moderate dumbbells (8/10/12). All other equipment is a bonus for us to incorporate.

  • Yes, my background as a physical therapist assistant in a skilled nursing facility taught me the importance of fitness over a lifetime. I hope that the beginner options I have made cater to you. I encourage use of counter tops for balance and walls for pushups. I am also a weight inclusive trainer, meaning that I believe you can maintain a state of improved health with increased movement, regardless of your weight.

  • I celebrate rest breaks, assuring you to take one whenever you need it. I support movement over a lifetime, so I will never associate exercise with punishment for something you ate. I teach multiple options (modifications and progressions) throughout the whole session and encourage you to make connections to movement beyond aesthetics.
