What are we focusing on?
What do we want our legacy to be?
How are we impacting our world?
How will people remember us, more importantly- our children, our youth...
Remember us?
-
I love to promote “movement for longevity” knowing ultimately that this is where I’ll be someday...
-
But how will I be remembered?
My hope is that it won’t be for any of things
-
My hope is that my body will be the LAST thing that people say when a memory of me happens upon them.
-
They’ll see a piece of trash flying through the air, they’ll go to chase it- pick it up & think of me.
-
They will get a deep (down in their gut) belly laugh from a joke and think of how hard we used to laugh together. -
My daughter will witness pure, unconditional love- and my hugs, kisses and nightly cuddles will be the first thing that pops in her mind. -
NOT my abs or my shoulders...
-
When people describe me, I want my body to be THE last thing they think about.
-
My empathy, my kindness and my desire to leave a positive impact for the people around me.
-
That.
That can be PROUDLY displayed on my tombstone.
-
What do you want your legacy to be? What will people remember?
