🏠My movement Journey
From my early days as a childhood athlete to my professional career as a physical therapist assistant, movement has shaped every stage of my life. I’ve always believed that how we feel in our bodies matters more than how we look.
Before 2018, I was training clients from my garage and teaching local fitness classes in the community. Then we moved again. A friend reached out, saying, “I need a trainer—but it has to be you.”
That one request launched FitRagamuffin Virtual Training.
Then came COVID. And like so many in fitness, I had to shift. I went from teaching in-person group classes to leading joyful, accessible, non-diet workouts for people across the world 🌎—from living rooms, bedrooms, and backyards.
💪 My Approach
I’m a weight-inclusive personal trainer. That means I never ask clients for their weight, before photos, or measurements. I’m not here to shrink you—I’m here to support you in building strength, confidence, and connection through movement that fits you.
Here’s how I work:
I always provide modifications and progressions so you can choose what works for your body today.
I teach movement from a functional and educational lens—so you’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, and how it helps you live better.
I center joy, not punishment. Autonomy, not comparison. Curiosity, not control.
