ONLY post ONCE a day on social media.

This is a “rule” I once told myself.
-
“You don’t want to annoy people Jamie...”
-
In my recovery process, I like I break rules in my mind all the time -
-
“You have to be sweaty to get a good workout” - no you don’t.
“You have to run for a half hour for it to be worth it” No you don’t.
“If you don’t work out for three days, you’ll be ”off track—“ TRY me!
-
And lastly-
Number of times I post on stuff-
Sometimes none, sometimes 7
Because who the heck is coming up with all these random “rules” -
I have no clue- so post more, post less- because who the heck cares anyway?!
