TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY!

One of my #goals here at fitragamuffin is to shift your focus from how exercise and movement make your body LOOK-
to how it makes your body FEEL.

One of the things that my clients regularly tell me is how much their sleep has improved once they have a daily or regular movement routine in place.
-
And studies have shown with regular physical activity sleep patterns improve.
-
I could care less what your routine is- Group fitness classes, VHS tapes or DVDs or chasing wild turkeys in the field—my hope is that you have something that moves YOU!

My LIVE streaming personal training is great for people who need appointment based accountability and no brained workouts along with belly laughs during their sweat session- but if you don’t need that- and have a routine, AWESOME!!!!

My hope is that we see more transformation photos that focus on all the other benefits that exercise brings-
Because when there are other motivations besides fleeting six packs and quad goals—
Regular movement is craved by the body for internal reasons. 💜💪💚
