Garage equipment needed for this movement series:
BEANIE & GLOVES! ❄️☃️
Warning: if you are scared of spiders- (or get grossed out by people who pick them up) don’t watch this video.
I’m not normal- and I’ve NEVER claimed to be.
If you want to do any of these moves today:
-squat jumps to jacks
-Burpee to push up
-Lateral hops
-Quick Feet
-weighted figure 8s
-alt side plank
And lastly,
-bridges to leg out
Set a timer, do me for 10 sec to a minute- whatever- any movement is better than none-
•during squats, knees are always in the same direction as the toes-
•bridges, dig heels to ground for increased flute activation.
