Probably the best this about starting this (virtual training/LIVE streaming, video conferencing- I have no idea what to call it- haha)

business on my own- is KNOWING that what I’m doing is NOT for everyone-but there ARE people who can benefit from this type of training.

The thing I LOVE about it- is the accountability that comes along with it.

I’m meeting you (through video conferencing-3x a week)

at a specified time.

You can be in the comfort of your own home and look forward to seeing my mug- hahaha!

The workouts are focused on strength, balance and agility with very little equipment.

I have a 12 week program that I’ve curated (and being a personal trainer along with my background as a physical therapist assistant) -I’m able to modify or progress EACH exercise for my specific client.

Im able to correct form & alignment and able to ask, “where are you feeling this one?” “Do you need more time for the break?” “How’s your heart rate?” Etc.

I have clients in 3 different states, and two times zones.

And #quotes like these are ones that make me SO pumped that I’m on this #journey with her!
